After starting my blog about getting healthy.... I was visited by the Cold bug. My hubby stopped at the store and picked up some Zicam for me. Zicam is a Homeopathic remedy for a cold.
I have to take one every 3 hours until 48 hours after my symptoms are gone. The rapid melts that my husband bought are the cherry. They do not melt as fast as I would like. The taste is ok.
In the end my symptoms subsided the first day that I took them and I had more energy.
Which was good because family came to visit.
