My goal this year is to lose 20 pounds. Last year I lost 20. If I lose the last 20 pounds then I will be at my ideal weight.
I gained way to much with my last two pregnancies. My first son I gained 40 pounds maybe more, and with my second son I gained about 30 pounds.
One of the tools that I am going to use to get there is a website called Sparkpeople. You can track the foods that you eat, track your fitness, join buddy groups to compete to lose weight, you even earn spark points for each time you log in or track your daily lifestyle.
